this is the 1st time i caught the flu after i delivered ayanna.  russ just reminded me that i haven’t caught the flu or sick for over 11 months, which is pretty amazing in my eyes as i always get sick …. i hope i could not transfer the virus to ayanna during breast feeding. [...]
